Birth Doula Package A: Virtual Birth Plan and Comfort Measures
This plan is tailored for those who already possess a foundational understanding of childbirth, postpartum care, newborn care, feeding methods, nutrition, and fitness. Designed to enhance the birth experience by involving partners more actively and exploring additional birth options. This plan has option for add on virtual birth support.
Plan Inclusions:
- Virtual Birth Plan Session: A detailed exploration of birth plan components, such as childbirth basics, informed consent, education about medicated and non medicated pain management, the induction process and education about the c sections. After this session you will be well-informed about your options and equipped to advocate for them effectively.This session is about 2 hours.
- Push Prep and Comfort Measures Session: This session covers labor positions, affirmations, breathing techniques, labor& delivery positions and massage techniques aimed at providing comfort during labor.
- Personalized Google Classroom Access: Includes educational materials discussed in the birth plan and push prep/comfort measures sessions.
- Basic Home Exercise Program: Designed to prepare you for labor and delivery.
- Postpartum Workbook: A resource located in your google classroom for you and your partner to navigate the postpartum period effectively.
- Postpartum check ins for the first 6 weeks after birth

Additional Options:
- Virtual Birth Support for up to 15 hours: An additional $800 (includes a $250 retainer fee/deposit, payment plans available).

- Initial Consultation via zoom or google meet
- Email and Text Support from the day of booking until 6 weeks postpartum
- On-call from 37 weeks
- 4 prenatal meetings either in person or via zoom , google meet or other virtual platform
- Meetings will cover topics such as birth plan, comfort measures, advocating for yourself, prenatal exercise, nutrition, postpartum planning, breastfeeding basics, pain management options, breathing techniques, push prep, intervention education, newborn care basics and much more.
- Personalized Home exercise program to prepare for birth
- Virtual Support for up to 15 hours during labor and delivery.
- Access to a customized Google Classroom where you will find your childbirth education material.
- Postpartum check ins for the first 6 weeks after birth.
- Access to my train for birth program via my app, Mommaste Doula

- In Person Support for up to 18 hours during labor and delivery. Additional $50 after that.
