3 Hour Birth Plan Workshop. August 18,

Elevate your birth experience by enrolling in this class to get invaluable education on how to have an empowered birth. This class will provide you with the knowledge on how to shape your special delivery moment. In this class you will be taught your birth options, what questions you should be asking your care provider, how to advocate for yourself, teach you about possible interventions and much more.  The class is 2.5 hours long and I will leave 30 minutes for questions at the end of the class.
